Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trackora app ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using Trackora

Trackora is a personal tool for recording and organising your own finances. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Your content

The data you enter — expenses, accounts, receipts, and other records — remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that data so the app can function and sync across your devices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its infrastructure.
Do not misuse shared-group features to harass other members or upload content you do not have the right to share.

4. Not financial advice

Trackora provides tools for tracking your finances, including currency conversion and stock or precious-metal price information drawn from third-party sources. This information is provided for convenience only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on it are your own responsibility.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the app available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Third-party data sources (such as exchange-rate and stock-price providers) may change or become unavailable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackora and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Always keep your own backup of important financial records.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you within the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
